There are several options to use the sonar. You may attach it to the fishing line of your pole and cast the device into the water. It will float and return the sonar reading back to your phone. You can also mount Deeper to your boat and receive the live data while sailing to the spot. You can also ice fish with Deeper by placing it into the ice hole.

Deeper has a range of 160 feet and connects to your phone via Bluetooth. The Depth range is from 3 feet to 130 feet. The battery lasts for 4 hours of continuous use and can be recharged through a power adapter.
